Booking Policies & Information
Downpayment:
A 30% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your session. This retainer applies toward your total session fee and is not an additional cost. If you cancel, the retainer is nonrefundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled session within the Salt Lake Valley. Sessions outside the Salt Lake Valley will require a new retainer.

You may reschedule your session once using the paid retainer, subject to availability. If your session involves travel outside of Salt Lake County, any travel fees or related costs may be forfeited if you reschedule.

Mini Session Location Restrictions:
Mini sessions are not available at the following locations: Big Cottonwood Canyon, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Daybreak, Southern Utah, Lehi, West Wendover (and beyond). Please inquire about travel requirements for each package. Travel fees may apply.

Group Size:
Each session package includes up to 5 individuals. If you notify me ahead of time, each additional person will be charged $7. If extra people arrive without prior notice, the charge will be $10 per person.

The number of locations included per session is an estimate and may vary due to timing and logistics. Sessions longer than scheduled may reduce the number of locations we can visit. Please contact me if you have questions.

Late Arrival Policy:
If you expect to be late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late without notice will incur a $20–$40 late fee. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without communication will result in session cancellation and forfeiture of the retainer. No exceptions.

For outdoor sessions, if severe weather occurs, we will work together to reschedule at no additional cost.

Image Delivery:
Clients should expect gallery delivery within 2–3 weeks of their shoot date. During peak season (March–May), delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

Usage Rights & Copyright:
All images remain the property of Sofi Luna Photography. Clients receive a personal-use license only. Commercial use requires additional licensing. By booking, you grant permission to use your images for promotional purposes unless you notify me otherwise in writing.
