Booking Policies & Information
Downpayment:
A 30% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your session. This amount is applied toward your total session fee and is not an additional cost. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer is nonrefundable. However, it may be transferred to a rescheduled session, provided the session remains within Salt Lake Valley. Sessions requiring travel outside the Salt Lake Valley will require a new retainer to rebook.

Mini Session Location Restrictions:
Mini sessions are not available at the following locations: Big Cottonwood Canyon, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Daybreak, Southern Utah, Lehi, West Wendover (and beyond). Please inquire directly regarding travel requirements and limitations for each package.

Travel Fees:
Travel within Salt Lake County is included. Sessions outside Salt Lake County may be subject to an additional travel fee, determined based on distance and location.

Group Size:
Each session package includes up to 5 individuals. Additional participants will incur a $7 charge per person.

Locations & Timing:
The number of locations included per session is an estimate and may vary depending on timing and logistics. If your session exceeds the scheduled time, it may limit the number of locations we are able to visit. Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding locations and timing.

Late Arrival Policy:
Life happens — and communication is key! If you anticipate running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late without notice will incur a $20–$40 late fee.
